Terms & Conditions:

for tours sponsored and executed by GGM Direct, Inc.

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in Euro or US Dollars as marked, per person  based on double occupancy. Single supplements are available and quoted on request.  All prices are based on exchange rates, tariffs and conditions at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.  Once your final payment is received at GGM Direct, Inc., the land portion price is guaranteed.  Airfares are subject to change by the carrier at any time.  Airfares will be guaranteed when paid in full excluding additional tariffs, taxes and fuel surcharges.

                                                 

Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of $350 per person is required upon registration along with a completed registration form.  Final Payment, must be received by GGM Direct,Inc. not later than 70 days prior to your departure date.  Payment can be made by check, money order, certified or credit card check in your own name (sorry no third party checks or credit cards accepted).  There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned check.  In the event that payments are not received by their due date GGM Direct, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the $350.00 deposit.  Any late registration could be subject to a late fee on land portion and increase in airfare.


Cancellations:  

Regardless of  the reasons, cancellations are costly.  All cancellations must be in writing and will be in effect when GGM Direct, Inc. receives the written cancellation. Roommates canceling will automatically result in a single supplement surcharge, the traveler who cancels will be responsible for that charge if a substitute roommate cannot be found.  Airfares, once tickets are issued, are non-refundable. Sorry, no refunds after final payment. There can be no exceptions to these policies.


Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is strongly recommended


Changes after deposit:

A change of traveler name before final deposit incurs a cost of $40 per revision per booking, plus any expenses imposed by our suppliers.  Any changes after final payment will be treated as a cancellation.

All travelers should  check with their health care provider,  most US medical coverage will not cover you during your stay abroad. We will gladly arrange the purchase of the appropriate insurance for your needs. Approximate cost of insurance can be quoted at time of reservation.


Passports etc.:

A valid passport is required for all travelers. The expiration date must be dated six months after the return booking date.  It is the responsibility of the passengers to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if visas are required and what health precautions and documents are necessary.  GGM Direct, Inc. accepts no responsibility for failure to notify travel participants of customs and immigration laws or health requirements.


Included in your Price:  

All services listed in our official itinerary for your specific trip or tour.


Not Included in Trip or Tour Price:

Cost of obtaining passports or visas, laundry, meals, beverages or sightseeing not included in the itinerary, travel and health insurance, gratuity to guide, driver and to local guides, communication charges, excess baggage fees, transportation to departure point or hotels before or after the trip or tour if not listed in itinerary and other items of personal nature.  Air transportation unless included in trip or  tour package. Airport, security, customs, inspections, international departure and arrival fees, taxes and fuel surcharges.


Luggage:

Due to limited coach storage capacity each passenger is allowed no more than one normal size piece of luggage and one carryon bag.  Extra luggage, excess weight and handling could carry a surcharge and has to be paid, if applicable directly to your tour manager.

GGM Direct, Inc. does not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to baggage or any other personal property.  Baggage insurance is strongly recommended.                               


Travelers needing Special Assistance:  

Any disability requiring any form of special assistance must be reported to GGM Direct,Inc. at the time of booking.  Trip or Tour participants requiring any form of assistance must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services.  Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour and hotel personnel regretfully are unable to provide such assistance. Motor coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts and employees may not physically lift travelers or assist them on or off transportation vehicles. Some parts of the tours, such as nature hikes, visitation of old buildings or other obstacles, will not be accessible to wheelchairs and motorized scooters are not suitable for touring Europe.

Please note, that most tours require a fair amount of walking, stair climbing and include rough terrain and are unsuitable for persons with limited mobility.


Responsibilities:

GGM Direct, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary if necessary and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other incidents resulting from a change of trip or tour scheduling for trip or tour participants. GGM Direct, Inc. it’s subsidiaries and affiliates will not be responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, personal injuries or unforeseen expenses incurred by any trip or tour participant.  GGM Direct, Inc. does not own nor operate the hotels, restaurants,  motor coaches, airlines, or any other service providers which are included in their trips or tours, and will not be held responsible for changes and/or cancellations for any reason by airlines, hotels etc.  GGM Direct, Inc. shall not be in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in transporting passengers, or of any hotel or restaurant proprietor, personnel,  or any other person otherwise in connection therewith.  GGM Direct, Inc. shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations.

Travel can involve unforeseen risks and circumstances. GGM Direct, Inc. therefore recommends the purchase of travel insurance. GGM Direct, Inc., it’s subsidiaries and affiliates will not be responsible for any expenses not covered by this optional insurance. With your signature you state that you are aware of the risks involved and agree to waive any and all claims not covered by your travel insurance.  

Your payment of the deposit means you have accepted these terms.
